Terms And Conditions
I aim to ship orders within 1-3 workings days.
Your card(s) with envelope(s) will be carefully packed and sent in a Do Not Bend board backed envelope for protection.
UK DELIVERY
When shipping to the UK all post will be sent first class post unless upgraded to tracked signed for. You will be provided with the tracking number on the order completed confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Internationally post is sent tracked. You will be provided to with the tracking number on the completed order confirmation.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please note, most Cinnamon & Brown cards are printed at home on my printer, this way personalisation can be added to specific cards.
If you are not happy with your product, you can return the product within 30 days of your purchase in its new condition unopened and not used state. Products that are ruined or used will not be refunded.
