1. Garden of Delights (we) currently only deliver to mainland UK using Royal Mail for letters and small packages and a courier service for medium and larger parcels.
2. We will aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from date of purchase, however custom made and personalised orders may take upto 14 days.

Refund Policy

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you have purchased arrives damaged or is faulty, complete the Damaged Returns Form, giving details of the damage with photographic evidence and submit.
Upon receipt of the damaged returns form, we will send you a confirmation email with a copy of your completed form. Please return the item, with the copy of your completed form, within 14 days of receipt of the item, for a full refund or exchange.
When returning the item, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides proof of postage and insures the value of the goods.

UNWANTED ITEMS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, complete the Customer Returns Form giving details of the reason for return and submit.
Upon receipt of the completed customer returns form, we will send you a confirmation email with a copy of your completed refurns form.
Please return the unused item in its original packaging with the copy of your completed customer returns form within 14 days of receipt of item for a refund. (Postage costs for unwanted items will not be refunded).

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, telephone: 07737 374244 or email: customercare@gardenofdelights.co.uk, quoting your order number. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched and refund you.
If the item has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure for unwanted items.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS
Unfortunately items made to order cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
